Title: Fasting

Summary: The dictionary definition of fasting is to stop from something, and the one who fast is defined as any one stopped from food, speaking and walking. Fasting present in all world religions and even before religion as it is considered as a part of worshiping. For us, Christian, fasting if for God, we feel that we are poor and need only God. Also fasting is not of the food only but also from any sin, it is fasting of the acts of eye, the mouth, the hand and the heart.
