Testimonies - Morocco to France Print E-mail

Born in Casablanca into a nominal Muslim family, I aspired to know God. I have very clear recollections of the day when, while in town with my father, I heard hymns sung which spoke of God. As a teenager I wanted to be free to believe and to do as I pleased. With my family’s permission, I went to France where I found employment.

With unceasing interest in religion, I was able to pick up on the radio a program that spoke of Christ; hence, I came into contact with a Christian organization that sent me Bible correspondence courses. Little by little, I was discovering that I would never be free as long as I remained a slave to sin. Islam could do nothing for me in this regard, but Christ could!
I surrendered my life to Him and in return I experienced His deliverance and cleansing. I wrote to the one, who was correcting my lessons; I cannot translate into words what is taking place in my heart. I am happy, and I feel clean. I serve the Lord today and talk about Him to my friends.
