Libya is a country with less than 1% Evangelical Christians in a population of 6 million people. This is a country where no open evangelism is possible. Personal freedoms are restricted. No form of Christian witness to Libyan citizens is allowed. Any congregation of expatriates is strictly monitored. There are tremendous obstacles to reaching the native people of Libya.
To reach this region, satellite TV is one of the few means available.
